Facilities at Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO) are extensive and passengers will find all essential needs met plus a variety of services and amenities aimed at making their stay at the airport more comfortable and enjoyable.

The airport caters for all banking and communication needs, while for shopping and eating, the Skytown centre is packed full of outlets. Extras include relaxation facilities such as a massage room and sleeping and bathing areas.

A limited number of staff at Chubu Centrair International Airport speak English. However, there are five information desks situated in various parts of the terminal, where staff are willing to assist passengers in need of assistance.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets


A wide variety of shops can be found in various parts of the airport, with the greatest concentration on the fourth floor of the Skytown centre. Retailers are predominantly Japanese. However, there's no shortage of Western goods available in the duty-free facilities on the third floor; here passengers will find big name clothing brands such as Givenchy, Hugo Boss, Bally and Hermes.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants


The majority of the airport's dining establishments are located in Skytown on the fourth floor, while selected others can be found on the third floor. Eateries are predominantly Eastern with an extensive selection of traditional Japanese outlets. Western outlets are available and include Starbucks and Bagel and Bagel plus an Italian restaurant and the Royal Food Court.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities


Banks are situated on the second and third floors of the terminal, while a Travelex counter can also be found on the third floor. A variety of ATMs can be found in Access Plaza and on the second floor of the terminal, with some accepting domestic cards only and others accepting both domestic and international cards. Telephones are available throughout the airport and a post office is located on the first floor. Coin operated Internet kiosks can be found in six different areas of the airport, while Wi-Fi is available in all of the lounges plus selected other areas.

Business and Conference Facilities


The airport has its own business centre located in the Departure Lobby on the third floor. The centre offers a wide variety of facilities including fax and photocopy machines, mobile phone rentals, bookbinding, translation services, PC rentals and photographic development. A conference room is also available for hire.

Disabled Facilities


All aspects of disabled care are covered by the airport, with particular emphasis on making the terminal wheelchair friendly throughout. All raised areas are connected with lower areas by slopes, while elevators can be found throughout, providing access to other floors. Disabled friendly toilets are standard throughout the facility and low level vending machines serve the needs of wheelchair users. Disabled parking spaces are available on all floors of the parking facilities.

Other Facilities


First aid and medical care is available at a clinic on the second floor, while a dental clinic is also available in the same location. A police box can be found on the third floor of the facility. Relaxation facilities are also available and include baths, sleeping rooms and massage and salon services. Nurseries with baby-changing facilities are located next to almost all of the airport's toilets. Children's play areas can be found beyond security in both the Domestic and International departure areas.
